Duties:
Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents with attention to detail and legal compliance.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.Provide legal advice on a range of employment law matters.Maintain accurate and organized case files and client records.Advocate for clients in employment-related litigation.Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an employment attorney.Strong litigation skills, including drafting and courtroom advocacy.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage complex legal cases.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership and in good standing with the California State Bar.Skills:
