This position will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. This role will be the Salesforce Admin and more importantly it will be the primary liaison between stakeholders, including end-users, the technical team, and Leadership, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is effectively utilized to enhance business processes and for strategy execution.

Work location: Jacksonville, FL (Corporate office)

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystemPartner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate into technical specificationsOversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, working with implementation partners and the IT departmentProvide regular reporting and executive leadership updates including product scope, schedule, and planningDevelop and automate business processes, sales reporting and dashboards, sales analytics and utilization metricsOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, compliance, accuracy, and optimal performanceProvide expert consulting services to optimize business processes and drive efficiencyManage 3rd party training plan and coordinate with internal training department for ongoing supportIdentify and execute strategies to drive user engagement with the Salesforce platformServe as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, providing business support and guidance to leadershipRemain current with Salesforce best practices and trends and proactively propose platform modifications and recommend improvements to drive organizational efficiency and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Computer Science or related fields3-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role3-5 years’ experience in the CPG or Manufacturing industries2+ years’ experience with Sales Cloud and Service CloudExcellent verbal and written communicationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlineStrong analytical and problem-solving skills20% - 30% during the implementation phase; once Salesforce is implemented, travel will be 10%

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role5+ years’ experience in the CPG or Manufacturing industries2+ years’ experience in Salesforce consultingSalesforce Certifications
