Digital Systems Analyst
working in
Milwaukee, WI , you will be part of the Supply Chain Digital Management team. You will be responsible for running and validating the weekly SAP / APO supply plan associated with 55+ million barrels of beer, as well as assisting with new technology introductions, gap analysis, and process improvement consultancy.This position reports to the Process Lead of Digital Systems, and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, IT, Technical Consultants, Customer Service Analysts, Transportation, and Project Management (New Product Introduction).The Responsibilities:Weekly validation, management, and upload of critical supply chain inputs to SAP/APO for Canada and the USRun and validate weekly APO transactions that produce the Molson Coors APO supply planInvestigate and correct issues with APO, ECC, SNC, in coordination with ITIdentifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Customer Supply ChainYou will be responsible for managing minor enhancements with AMS/IT and help identify gaps in people, process and technologyAssist teams adopt new technologies and ways of workingThe Other Qualifications:You have experience working with SAP APO, experience with ECC and SNC also desirableYou have an aptitude for data mining large datasets and making sense of them. This position will work heavily with the following analytical tools: Access, Excel, Business Objects (warehouse data).You have the ability to quickly build and develop effective working relationships across the organization.You have the ability to communicate highly complex, technical and analytical issues in simple business terms to a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise.You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or another relevant field, or equivalent working experienceYou have the ability to quickly learn technical information relating to a wide array of softwareYou love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business prioritiesYou build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcomeYou take accountability for results – acting with
