Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. What you will do: The Global Talent Mobility Program Leader will manage a global team responsible for mobilizing Kenvue employees and their families. This role is responsible for driving the global mobility strategy and vision aligned with Kenvue business needs. Advance the Global Mobility function and ensure Kenvue continues to set the benchmark in its people practices, specifically in flexible working models, tax, vendor management and immigration matters. Lead and inspire a global team, serving as the domain expert for global mobility across the organization. Envision, shape and influence the future of mobilization within and outside Kenvue through a differentiated, thoughtful approach. Key Responsibilities: Evolve Kenvue's global mobility & immigration programs, policies, and administration to provide a high-quality and compliant experience to our mobile talent. Partner closely with talent management to ensure mobility is strategically aligned with our talent management philosophy. Work in close partnership with key business leaders, including legal and tax experts, HR and other functional leaders across the company to deliver excellence in the movement of people. Provide mobility function expertise & leadership in areas such as tax equalization, benefits, relocation, flex work strategies, immigration, and vendor management. Collaborate closely with vendor partners to ensure Kenvue and its employees receive world-class service and support. Drive more effective engagements through a deep understanding of vendor capabilities, business needs, cost containment and efficient operations. Create domestic and international relocation and assignment policies to enhance people experience and identify cost containment strategies. Develop policies, programs and objectives that reflect evolving legislation and regulatory changes and/or internal processes and practices; monitor changes in policies that may impact talent mobility considerations. Conduct cyclical benchmarking to identify opportunities that improve and keep us ahead of the industry on program offerings, operational practices, costs and other emerging trends. Use data and analytics to inform, benchmark and measure practices, ensuring competitive posture of programs. The role will be located in the United States and will require up to 20% of domestic and international travel. Qualifications: What we are looking for: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is required. A minimum of 10 years of progressive global mobility leadership experience, inclusive of experience at the global leadership level with international assignment management. Advanced experience with vendor sourcing and supplier relationship management. A sophisticated understanding of mobility and a command of the latest industry trends in immigration, tax, and mobility administration. Well-versed in the tech ecosystem surrounding mobility management and experience implementing global technology solutions. A thought leader in the mobility space, with the ability to bring innovation and progressive ideas; externally recognized for creativity and a point of view. Proven track record of managing, planning and implementing global projects and strategic change initiatives with measurable and sustained impact. Proficiency with equalized/non-equalized tax strategies. Strong stakeholder management; strong communicator who can build consensus across a diverse group and influence successful outcomes. Thoughtful leader who can build and manage high-performing teams; continuously raises the bar. Embodies Kenvue culture and values; keenly focused on driving the best outcomes for customers and employees.
