General Summary:The Occupational Therapist -Works under the direct supervision of the Team Coordinator and/or Clinical Specialist, and leadership of the Rehab Therapy Services Inpatient ManagerUses objective evaluation techniques to assess the occupational limitations and medical condition of patientsPrescribes and implements a treatment program which is designed to return patients to their maximum level of functionWorks collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomesPromotes improvement in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient careIncorporates and operationalizes the goals and objectives of the organization
Minimum Qualifications:Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program3 years of Occupational Therapist experience requiredCurrent State licensure as an Occupational Therapist requiredAHA Healthcare Provider CPR required
Salary Range: Minimum 36.47 per visit - Maximum 60.17 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.JHM prioritizes the health and well-being of every employee.
