Assists and implements in the administration, processing, and monitoring relating to Teammate Resources activity by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Processes all pre hire paperwork and testing for prospective teammates Conduct and manage new teammate orientation. Update and maintain personnel files and the HRIS database. Ensuring company policies and procedures are understood and implemented. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Creates and maintains filing systems. Monitors document retention and destruction process. Verifies employment and previous employment for potential employers, mortgage lenders, etc. Conducts audits for emergency contacts, beneficiaries, etc. Compiles and runs reports as needed. Assists the Talent Acquisition team with new hire check in's and exit interviews when needed. Provide related documentation for terminated teammates. Assists in gathering information related to Workers Compensation claims and submits to Corporate Teammate Resources in a timely manner. Reviews transfers or promotions to assist in determining necessary changes. Acts as backup for bi-weekly payroll change sheet and payroll approval process.
