Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Underwriter for Technology E&O and Cyber to join our Twin Maples Specialty team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting and managing a portfolio of insurance policies, assessing risk, and developing tailored insurance solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of tech E&O and cyber risks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and wholesale brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

Underwrite and manage a portfolio of Tech E&O and Cyber insurance policies for middle market sized clients, ensuring profitability and growth. Assess and analyze cyber risks, including data breaches, cyber-attacks, and other digital threats. Analyze risk within Twin Maple Specialty's guidelines and ensure proper documentation for renewals and new business accounts Negotiate with wholesale broker within the limits of authority and in accordance with established underwriting guidelines to achieve profit objectives. Collaborate with wholesale brokers, clients, and internal teams to develop customized insurance solutions. Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed underwriting decisions. Prepare and present detailed underwriting reports and recommendations to senior management. Monitor industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes related to cyber insurance. Provide training and support to other underwriters and team members. Participate in industry events, both technology and insurance industry conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Twin Maples Specialty and stay informed about market developments. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in underwriting, with a focus on technology and cyber insurance. In-depth knowledge of cyber risks, insurance products, and industry regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wholesale brokers, and stakeholders. Existing wholesale broker relationships a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software. Professional designations such as CPCU, RPLU, or CISSP are a plus.
