LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Benefits Specialist to join their client's team, a reputable organization in Suffolk County, Long Island. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on employee benefits.

Job Description:

As a Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering employee benefits programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Benefits Administration:

Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Workers Compensation:

Manage workers compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Status Updates:

Provide regular updates on benefits and compensation status to employees and management. Collaboration:

Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions. Employee Support:

Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on available options. Qualifications:

Proven experience in benefits administration or a related field. Strong knowledge of workers compensation regulations and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Hours:

9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday Worksite Type:

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $33.00 per hour
