Responsibilities:

Assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions

Verifies all insurance billing

Maintains employee database, files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices.

Process enrollments quickly and accurately

Review monthly payroll deductions

Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system

Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately

Qualifications:

4+ years of benefit administration experience

Proficient in MS Office

Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Details:

Onsite, M-F, 8-5

Pay: $27-30/hr.

Type: 3-6 month contract

Location: Dallas, TX 75040
