Job Description
Prepare and review quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) filings, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures. Assist in drafting and filing other SEC documents, such as 8-Ks, registration statements, and proxy statements. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all SEC filings in compliance with applicable regulations. Research and interpret new and existing accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS, as applicable). Draft, update, and maintain accounting policy documentation and ensure consistent application across the organization. Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and acquisitions. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation desired but not required 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier firms) or a corporate SEC reporting role. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. What's on Offer
