Job Summary
The eCommerce Specialist will help implement the strategy, techniques, and tactics to increase online sales revenue via improved organic search and on-site navigation, conversion, content optimization and review/ratings of Amazon. Reporting to the Sr. eCommerce Sales Manager, this position will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure Amazon growth.
Essential Job Functions *Manage new item setup procedures on eCommerce retailer sites leveraging software automation and the eCommerce Content Team to ensure speed to market and coordinated on-time delivery based on the product launch calendarCoordinate and product launch programs that drive engagement and support retail including publication of above the fold content, A+/Enhanced content, backend SEO & navigation optimization.Provide content optimization expertise, recommendations and insights based on emerging trends and e-retailer specific site capabilities to Sales, Marketing and Product Teams.Regularly reviews existing images for completeness, errors and updates based on retailer standards and identifies areas of improvement.Develop roadmap strategy for software tools to simplify, standardize and automate processes for greater efficiency, deeper insights.Ensure Brand consistency & compliance across retailers.Track on-going review trends. This includes identifying any potential product quality issues and elevating them to Quality / Product Teams (Amazon Andon Cords).Assist in creating and maintaining detailed analytics reporting dashboards and help share learnings and actionable insights across the organization.Create site specific variations to achieve best in class representation and an enhanced consumer shopping experience.*

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.1-2 years' experience in one of several fields: ecommerce, business analytics or marketing.Competencies - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Microsoft Excel working knowledge with the ability to create and interpret reporting.Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and other online retailer portals.Knowledge of Content Syndication Platforms, ideally Salsify.The ability to quickly learn a varied set of tools (including content health scoring, keyword optimization, and 3rd party/retailer platforms) is necessary.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present eCommerce principles to various teams across the organization.Operational Equipment
