Job Title: Senior Project Manager I/II Company: PMCS Group Client: LAUSD Are you an experienced project or construction manager skilled in overseeing large-scale projects valued over $50 million? PMCS Group, in collaboration with LAUSD, is seeking a Senior Project Manager I/II with a solid background in managing complex projects, ensuring compliance, and leading multiple teams throughout all construction phases. Minimum Qualifications: 17 years of full-time, paid professional experience in project/construction management. 5 years of experience managing programs with projects exceeding $50 million. Experience in educational facility construction, public works , or large commercial projects. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management , or an equivalent combination of experience with CCM certification. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Design-Build , Building Information Modeling (BIM) , LEED -certified projects, and Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) . Knowledge of Division of the State Architect (DSA) processes. Certification as a California Registered Architect or Professional Engineer is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve complex construction issues, disputes, and disagreements. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contract compliance, directing OARs and reviewing project progress. Review change orders and assess impacts, ensuring fiscal management and contract administration across multiple projects. Coordinate with various LAUSD departments and maintain adherence to district policies and procedures.
