This role is an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with a strong background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum Qualifications : Minimum 10 years of construction management experience. Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) . Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or a related field. Effective oral and written communication skills. Practical experience in construction field observation . Key Responsibilities : Prepare comprehensive construction daily logs . Independently manage all aspects of assigned projects. Develop and control project scope and schedules . Facilitate effective project team and client meetings . Negotiate and prepare change orders . Monitor and coordinate construction activities with stakeholders . Address project issues and challenges with proactive solutions . Set and manage project expectations . Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures by construction staff.
