About the Role Provides administrative support and assistance to the Director of Human Resources and the HR department. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the HR department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates. Answer employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, such as benefits, leave, and company policies. Support the coordination of employee training programs and events. Manage sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in updating HR databases, ensuring data integrity. Assist with preparing HR reports and presentations. Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned. Provide backup for the Tulsa reception desk as needed. Qualifications Strong understanding of human resources administrative practices and procedures. Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good networking and collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
