Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and responding to employee inquiries. Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new hires, helping them complete necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, job details, and performance evaluations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software (a plus)
