Pay: Up to $130,000/year Job Overview The HR Manager oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent development. This hands-on role balances strategic initiatives with daily HR operations in a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with managers on staffing strategies. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Advise management on HR matters and resolve employee issues promptly. Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy. Conduct market analysis to keep pay competitive. Implement performance management and reviews. Support employee training, career development, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage audits. Drive employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives. Organize team-building events and analyze employee feedback for improvements. Maintain HR systems and report key metrics to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (SHRM-CP/PHR preferred). 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a growing company. Strong knowledge of employment laws, especially in the nutraceutical sector. Excellent multitasking, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
