Corporate Director of HRIS, Workday ROLE OVERVIEW: Corporate Director of HRIS, Workday The Corporate Director of HRIS, Workday will be responsible for leading the optimization, management, and integration of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This pivotal role focuses on maximizing Workday's ROI by driving business process efficiencies, enhancing data analytics capabilities, and aligning system functionality with organizational goals. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the Corporate Director will collaborate with HR leaders and IT to ensure seamless system enhancements, address risks, and oversee training and communication strategies for system optimization initiatives. This role involves periodic travel to the corporate office in Louisiana. RESPONSIBILITIES: Corporate Director of HRIS, Workday Lead the strategic optimization of Workday HCM to improve business processes and data management. Establish and maintain HRIS security policies and ensure compliance through regular audits. Develop and implement best practices for data entry, integration, and reporting. Collaborate with HR leadership to create HR metrics, facilitate process improvements, and recommend strategic initiatives. Direct and mentor the HRIS team, setting goals, priorities, and monitoring progress. Align HRIS projects with organizational goals, fostering global HR practices. Support HRIS-related projects by implementing effective change management frameworks in coordination with IT. REQUIREMENTS: Corporate Director of HRIS, Workday Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience with Workday HCM and HR operations. Proven success in managing HRIS systems, process re-engineering, and optimization. Expertise in project and change management with a track record of delivering system enhancements. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. PHR/SPHR certification or HR Technology certification is a plus.
