We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, and a strong understanding of its best practices and functionalities. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles (creating and deactivating user accounts), sharing rules, security profiles, permission sets, workflows and groups. • Build custom reports, dashboards and workflows, including custom fields, Lightning pages and Lightning components. • Work closely with the team to manage licensing requests and assignments. • Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal standards and Company guidelines. • Work with the leadership team to establish suitable processes to support admin and ongoing project-driven opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. • Manage operational requests and reporting, including customer analysis, individual views, and troubleshoot and assist internal and external users. • Stay up to date and informed of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, recommending improvements and optimizations, as appropriate. • Conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks. • Share information, knowledge, and experience with other team members, refining concepts and conclusions, where appropriate. Required Skills/Abilities: • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. • Salesforce Administrator Certification required. • Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration, including a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, workflow rules, and custom objects. • Proven strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce is a plus. Salary: Annual salary of $94,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
