We're looking for an amazing Lead Salesforce Administrator to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Princess Cruise Lines' Salesforce platform infrastructure, configurations, and enhancements. This role drives platform excellence by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions that support the company's CRM strategy and business operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care, you'll oversee system configuration, user management, security controls, and platform integrations while ensuring best practices are followed. Possessing deep technical expertise in Salesforce and strong problem-solving abilities you'll deliver innovative solutions that enhance user adoption and system effectiveness. The Lead Salesforce Administrator will lead platform governance initiatives, mentor & manage junior administrators, and serve as the primary technical advisor for Salesforce-related decisions, ensuring that the platform continues to evolve and adapt to meet changing business needs while maintaining system integrity and performance. Responsibilities Platform Administration and Optimization: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including system configuration, user administration, security controls, and performance optimization. Implement new features and functionality while ensuring system stability and scalability. Technical Solution Design: Design and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements, including custom objects, automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Apex), page layouts, and custom applications. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and maintain system integrity. Release Management and System Updates: Plan and execute Salesforce releases, updates, and enhancements. Evaluate new features, conduct impact analysis, and manage the deployment process while minimizing disruption to business operations. Data Management and Integration: Oversee data quality initiatives, manage integrations with other business systems, and maintain data security protocols. Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and reliability. System Support and Problem Resolution: Provide advanced technical support for complex system issues, investigate & resolve critical platform problems, and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration changes, customizations, and technical specifications. Develop and maintain training materials for end users and junior administrators. Requirements Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience. Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM301). Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Project Management or Agile Certifications. 7 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce platforms. 3 years of experience with advanced Salesforce features including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Apex. 2 years of team leadership or management experience. Experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple clouds (Sales & Service.) Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including security models, workflow automation, and system integration. Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder, Validation Rules) Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components Experience with data migration tools, ETL processes, and integration platforms Proficiency in Salesforce deployment tools and version control practices Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior administrators. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization. Previous experience in travel/hospitality industry preferred. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
