This pivotal role involves providing strategic leadership across all aspects of student enrollment, from admissions and financial aid to enrollment services. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President will be responsible for setting and executing the institutional goals and policies aligned with our mission. Key responsibilities include: Leading a university-wide committee to foster collaboration and drive recruitment goals. Overseeing staff development and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout all enrollment units. Innovating and continuously improving processes to enhance student engagement and success. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree (a doctoral degree is preferred) and possess a strong track record in achieving enrollment growth in higher education. We seek an innovative leader with outstanding strategic, communication, and organizational skills who can effectively collaborate across multiple campuses, travel as needed, and navigate contemporary issues within enrollment management.
