LOVE IT. HAMMITT.” Reporting to the Vice President of Wholesale, the Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Hammitt’s key accounts. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our most important clients, securing their continued satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. The primary focus will be on analyzing regular selling data, identifying growth opportunities, working cross functionally, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to drive long term revenue and expand our business opportunities. Responsibilities: Manage and develop strategic relationships with assigned key accounts Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights, suggestions and solutions to senior management Identify opportunities and challenges within each assigned account and collaborate with appropriate internal teams to take advantage of opportunities or mitigate challenges Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve sales targets Forecast revenue trends and present to leadership on a weekly basis Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues Negotiate strategic brand initiatives and account specific opportunities Provide exceptional customer service ensuring orders are placed and delivered timely, problem solve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently Distill and provide customer feedback on products, site and operations Document customer meetings outlining key discussion points and follow-up action plans Lead and conduct regular business reviews with key accounts Prepare and lead sell-in meetings and business reviews Takes initiative – anticipates and responds quickly to problems and takes appropriate action Displays resourcefulness – responds creatively, practically, and with composure to challenging situations Prioritizes effectively – based on expectations and business goals, assess the importance of tasks and issues, communicating to Senior Manager Grasps new information and ideas in a timely manner and incorporate them into current processes Practices good business decision-making by analyzing information from a variety of sources to make effective decisions and solve problems Delivers clear, concise, and well-organized messages, written and verbal Demonstrates appropriate technical skills and business knowledge to perform job duties and all other related duties as assigned Core-Competencies, knowledge, experience, and skills: 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word NetSuite and SPS familiarity are a plus Strong understanding of retail math, sell through analytics, account planning, operations and merchandising Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Must be a team player, with the ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment Compensation: Hammitt offers a competitive salary package with a significant performance bonus and standard benefits with 401K matching On-site full-time in Hermosa Beach CA
