Role Description: As a Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, developing tailored business plans, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical insights to drive growth. This position plays a critical role in fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring mutual success. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. Develop and implement business plans tailored to client needs and company objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics and supply chain services. Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Support the company’s business development initiatives by identifying potential areas for expansion within existing accounts. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to develop effective business plans. Demonstrated success in key account management and customer service roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. A track record of driving customer loyalty and achieving business growth. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
