Our client, a Trendy CPG Brand, is in need of a Brand Manager focused on Innovation and a 3 year Product Pipeline. Candidates should be experienced in line extensions, new flavors, and identifying white space. Start Date: December Compensation: $65(w2) PAY, maybe flex for the right candidate 40 hrs a week , 9-6PST Location: Los Angeles, Hybrid, 2x per week Join our team at the Wellness CPG Brand as an Innovation Brand Manager, where you'll support new product launches, . Working closely with R&D, Project Management, Sales, and Finance, you'll ensure our products align with our commitment to sustainability from concept to market. Essential Functions and Duties: Create innovative concepts and strategic positioning that promote sustainable growth. Lead the development and launch of our long-term innovation pipeline using the Stage Gate process. Analyze market opportunities for new products, including target audience, competitive analysis, and market size, with a focus on sustainability. Lead product launch activities, including pricing, packaging, benefit differentiation, copy creation, and pitch deck development. Develop product training materials and toolkits for marketing, sales, and educational purposes Be accountable for the P&L impact of new product launches , ensuring they align with our sustainability goals. Qualifications: Minimum four years of experience in brand marketing Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience in developing concepts, conducting competitive analysis, and assessing market trends, with a focus on sustainability and national retail. Proficiency in data and reporting platforms such as Nielsen/IRI. Proficient in PowerPoint for presentation development and storytelling. Experience in consumer-packaged good s a MUST, with a sustainable focus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
