Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role We are actively seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead our Strategy Team, who will spearhead critical and innovative projects within our fast-paced organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategies, launching groundbreaking products, entering new markets, and forging strategic partnerships or acquisitions. This leadership position requires extensive collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional business partners, alongside a willingness to engage with various business and functional groups. Key Responsibilities: Scope and structure transformational projects. Lead project execution to ensure successful outcomes. Develop compelling CEO-level executive communications. Outline strategic priorities for the company. Mentor and develop junior team members. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, startups (particularly in FinTech), investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategic finance, or allied fields, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role. We are looking for individuals who can effectively structure and analyze complex problems and leverage analytical tools to devise impactful solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills are essential, along with a high level of personal initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and intellectual curiosity. An open, collaborative, and team-oriented approach is crucial for success in this role, as you will work closely with colleagues across all levels to achieve shared goals.
