Indian Hills Country Club is family-oriented private country club located in Marietta, GA. The club features 27 holes of golf, open seven days per week, with extensive practice facilities. There are also eight tennis courts, three swimming pools, and a beautiful clubhouse featuring excellent dining and year-round social events. Are you passionate about managing membership activities and providing exceptional customer service? Our private country club is seeking a Full time Membership Director to oversee all aspects of our membership experience. The Membership Director is responsible for membership sales and public relations in the Club while assisting in the development of membership programs and annual marketing strategies. In addition to maintaining optimal membership, the position is equally responsible for responding to membership needs. Daily, the Membership Director serves as the liaison between membership, management team, and operations of the Club. The Membership Director is responsible for achieving annually budgeted figures and for controlling expenses within the membership area of the operations budget. Responsibilities include: Managing membership waitlist, all membership inquiries. Governing Club Membership Categories, understanding all club associations. Conducting orientations, tours, planning meetings and annual events. Administrative duties, maintaining databases, departmental budgets, analyzing sales. Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Five plus years of previous sales experience, with an emphasis in business, communications, public relations or in hospitality/private club industry preferred.
