EDI and Order Management Specialist Overview: We are seeking an EDI and Order Management Specialist responsible for the efficient management of EDI processes and order fulfillment. This role requires expertise in EDI systems, project management, and customer service to enhance our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: EDI Management: Oversee EDI system integration with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Ensure compliance with industry standards and troubleshoot issues. Order Entry & Fulfillment: Manage order placement, verification, and shipping processes. Track shipments and coordinate delivery logistics. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders and deliveries. Gather feedback to improve service quality. Vendor Management: Onboard and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely product availability. Negotiate contracts with vendors for favorable terms. Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with business goals. Qualifications: Previous experience with EDI systems and order management. Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements. Technologies: Experience with Adagio Software, shipping management tools, and eCommerce platforms is preferred.
