LHH is partnering with a construction company to find a motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. As a leader in the roofing industry, we specialize in commercial reroof and new construction projects. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in sales and a strong background in roofing. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial roofing sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Conduct site visits and assessments to provide accurate project estimates and proposals. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry, specifically in commercial reroof and new construction. Proven sales experience with a strong ability to close deals and generate revenue. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
