Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation support, with a proven ability to manage complex cases, prepare legal documents, and assist attorneys throughout the litigation process. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing and maintaining files, discovery, and trial preparation. Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and gather case-related information. Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including e-discovery, document review, and production. Prepare summaries of depositions, witness statements, and other legal documentation. Organize exhibits, evidence, and other trial materials. Support attorneys with deposition and trial preparation, including creating binders, scheduling, and logistics. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel on case matters as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Proficiency in legal research and e-discovery tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
