The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of a diverse undergraduate student body, including the strategic shaping of domestic, international, transfer, and military-affiliated student populations. This role involves guiding the leveraging of financial aid optimization to maximize net tuition revenue and supporting the enrollment operations for graduate programs. The VPSE will work collaboratively with university leadership to implement strategic initiatives, foster a culture of data-informed decision-making, and ensure the success of the enrollment team in meeting short- and long-term enrollment targets. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enrollment management or related functions within a higher education setting. The role requires expertise in recruitment and enrollment marketing, financial aid administration, and the use of ERP/SIS/CRM systems. The VPSE will be expected to have a strong understanding of current trends in student recruitment, the strategic use of technology and social media, and a proven track record of collaboration with campus leaders. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work with large data sets, and a talent for leading and engaging a diverse staff are essential.
