Property Accountant up to $85K A real estate investment firm in Boston, is seeking a Property Accountant to join our team. We manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and pride ourselves on our dynamic culture and collaborative environment. Why Join Us? Competitive salary range of $75K-$85K 5-10% annual bonus Comprehensive benefits and supportive team Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties Perform general ledger tasks, including journal entries, preparing financial statements, and managing month-end close activities Collaborate with leadership on budget planning and financial performance analysis Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Leverage AppFolio and Excel to maintain precise and efficient financial records Qualifications: Experienced in property accounting, with a strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting Proficient in Appfolio or similar property management software and skilled in Excel Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
