E-Banking Support

POSITION SUMMARY Support the operational functions for all Cash Management and Consumer Electronic Banking products and services including ACH, Wires and other services. Position will include wires processing for all non-web-based wires requests received via electronic mail and by phone, customer set ups, maintenance, and closings. Will research and support in the deployment of new products for Cash Management and Consumer On-Line Banking ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Processing of Wires for retail and commercial customers in WireXchange Verification and identification of customers requesting wires by Phone. Monitor all E-Banking e-mail correspondence. Work in conjunction with branches, commercial and corporate departments on Wire processing and customer identity verification. Support department processes and procedures. Process all on-line product applications. Maintain department’s document imaging. Monitor and track open incidents/issues with vendors. Product development, testing and deployment. Support of Mobile Banking services including Zelle, Mobile Money and Mobile Capture Maintain strong knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations Work with internal and external auditors on reviewing, testing, and ensuring compliance with ACH rules and regulations and internal policy and procedures. Aid internal and external customers to resolve any ACH questions or issues. Monitor and track daily and/or transactions over limits. Submit a request to supervisor and officer for decision to approval or decline. Ensure daily OFAC, Patriot Act and Bank Secrecy compliance and policy adherence. Request support from Information technology when required to complete processing of the Wires, ACH, and other transactions until end of day processing. Support in reports of monthly ACH, Wires, P2P and Web Capture transaction reporting to business, Compliance, Risk, and supervisor as needed. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Back-up fellow E-Banking Customer Support specialists Monitor system maintenance, Software releases, purge requirements, knowledge articles and upgrades. Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position. Backup in Debit card issuance for customers Work in conjunction with I.T and Operations areas on Debit Card fraud mitigation strategies. On-Site customer training on ACH, Cash management, Merchant Capture and related services Support of mobile banking applications for retail and commercial EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Two years bank operations experience preferred with a concentration in external/internal customer service. OTHER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access as well as web browsers, such as Edge, Chrome and others. Knowledge of common industry accounting applications Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from directors, managers, clients (both internal and external) and the general public.
