SES operates in multiple segments from residential to commercial construction for major companies throughout Georgia. JOB DESCRIPTION: We're looking for a driven construction estimator to prepare estimates and budgets for residential and commercial projects with a strong focus on framing and siding components. Candidates should provide knowledge of materials and costs that support profitable business decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and understand the potential projects and the requirements calculate project material quantities and cost by now analyzing plans details and specifications gather information from job sites suppliers’ builders and project managers to include on-site visits effectively use software to calculate quantities and to be able to convert into orders for suppliers to create estimates and bids research variances with project managers and suppliers QUALIFICATIONS: experience as estimator or similar position with residential and commercial construction knowledge preferred willing to grow and develop the right candidate proficient in estimating software plan swift excel and mathematical acumen knowledge of construction practices building codes data analysis estimation formulas outstanding communication and organizational abilities thoroughness and reliability Compensation: • Salary $55k - $70k • Profit Sharing Bonus • Company provided insurance • Company matching 401(k) plan
