We are in search of a Data Entry Specialist to be a part of our team situated in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Your primary task will be to enter various types of data into our systems with precision and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and efficient completion of data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Utilize specific software tools and resources to enhance productivity.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data entered.
• Input timesheets into the database ensuring accuracy.
• Effective communication with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
• Verify and correct any discrepancies to maintain the integrity of data.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on the data.
• Responsible for processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry role.
• Proficient in data entry and data entry - numeric.
• Able to perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.
• Experience with computer data entry is essential.
• Must have a typing speed of over 60 WPM.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
• Basic office skills including filing, scheduling, and phone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to review timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
