Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join the Risk department. Reporting to the MD and Head of Enterprise Risk and the Managing Director, Total Portfolio Risk Analytics, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day proactive executive support to both leaders and their teams. Role-specific Accountabilities: Provide general administrative support, including managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on key tasks and deliverables. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports. Collaborate with other executive assistants and teams across the department and organization to increase efficiencies and provide overall departmental support. Administer the onboarding of new vendors and manage vendor invoice processing. Assist with the onboarding of new staff joining the team. Support other Risk executive assistants and administrative assistants with event planning, coordination, and the monthly department newsletter. Manage the team's SharePoint page. Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters related to the department's and organization's daily activities. Qualifications

College diploma or undergraduate degree is required. 5-7 years of experience in executive support, with at least 2 years in a project coordination role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe, with a willingness to learn new applications. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new tools and applications, with a strong willingness to continuously learn. Proven attention to accuracy and detail, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Exceptional (written and verbal) communication skills and interpersonal skills.This role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact across teams. The ability to convey information clearly, manage expectations, and facilitate alignment is essential for executive support. Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions. Extremely motivated, eager to learn, adaptable, calm under pressure and professional. Proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team-oriented and open-concept environment.
