We are in the service industry, based in New Brighton, Minnesota, seeking a diligent Recruiter to become part of our team. The role will involve full-cycle recruitment, from initial intake to final offer, with an emphasis on maintaining efficient processes and accurate record-keeping. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment, addressing all aspects from initial intake to final offer.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Efficiently process administrative tasks related to recruitment such as scheduling interviews.
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience in the face of ambiguity.
• Interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Utilize CRM tools for efficient recruitment processes.
• Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process.
• Utilize cold calling techniques as part of the recruitment strategy.
• Continually improve corporate recruiting processes.
• Manage recruitment processes, particularly for roles referred internally.• Applicant must possess a minimum of seven years of experience in the recruiting field.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a must.
• Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive background checks on potential candidates is necessary.
• Experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates is essential.
• Prior experience in corporate recruiting is required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with recruiting processes and strategies is crucial.
