Job Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Auburn Hills, Michigan. In this role, you will be primarily involved in sourcing and interviewing candidates for various retail store locations across the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing potential candidates for diverse retail store locations across the United States.
• Conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Implementing recruiting strategies to attract suitable candidates.
• Executing high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
• Utilizing e-recruitment tools for effective candidate sourcing.
• Carrying out recruiting functions in line with company policies.
• Managing recruitment sourcing activities effectively.
• Monitoring and updating recruiting processes as necessary.
• Utilizing iCIMs platform.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR Recruiter role.
• Proficient in various interviewing techniques and strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, including sourcing and managing high-volume recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding and application of e-Recruitment tools and digital recruiting strategies.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement effective recruiting functions.
• Proven ability in sourcing potential candidates from various channels and platforms.
• Required to have 1+ years of experience with iCIMS.
