Contract Recruiter (3-month contract)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and energetic Contract Recruiter for a 3-month contract to help us manage our rapid growth. You will play a pivotal role in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring. This position is not limited to telephone screenings but requires a dynamic approach, active networking, and creating new recruitment sources.
Your primary responsibility will be hiring hourly production team members, and occasionally, salaried team members. You will work on-site and contribute significantly to our recruitment process, aiming for long-term employee retention and reduced turnover.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience.
Ability to work 100% on-site.
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
Exceptional communication skills.
Focused approach to recruit quality candidates for long-term employment.
