Job Description
We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity with our client located in Berkeley, California.
This position is fully onsite, Part-Time approximately 15-20 hours per week. The duration is estimated to be around 3 months.
In this position, you will provide administrative support to various teams, particularly in relation to financial tasks and customer service to assist with year-end projects.
Responsibilities:
• Providing assistance with financial spreadsheets, requiring proficiency in Excel and mathematical tasks
• Accepting and logging donations, contributing to the financial stability of the organization
• Providing systems support, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Managing customer service tasks, including answering inbound calls and email correspondence
• Conducting data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Word for various tasks
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Scheduling appointments, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exemplary customer service skills.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining excellent communication etiquette.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, contacts, and tasks.
• Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, showcasing excellent design and content arrangement skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
