We are offering a contract for an Administrative Assistant role in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our operations by performing various administrative tasks, which range from answering inbound calls to maintaining accurate databases.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately reviewing and recording application details in our internal systems
• Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally
• Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
• Efficiently entering data into relevant databases
• Corresponding via email to address inquiries and provide information
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
• Ensuring all documents are correctly scanned and printed
• Assembling document packages meticulously
• Scheduling appointments as per the requirements.

• Proven experience in working independently to solve complex problems

• Demonstrable skills in customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences

• Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience managing email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries effectively

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents

• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars and coordinating team schedules
