Job Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with prior HR experience in Rockledge, Florida. You will be joining a team in the service industry, where your main role will be to provide administrative support, manage customer inquiries, and maintain detailed records.
Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Offering support on diverse projects as required by the HR team and other team members.
• Ensuring proper filing and word processing tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Receiving and directing visitors to the correct personnel or department.
• Conducting internet research tasks as needed.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel experience is a must, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records and taking appropriate actions.
• Providing administrative assistance in human resources administration.
• Carrying out data entry tasks and email correspondence effectively.
• Utilizing Excel formulas for processing customer credit applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Solid understanding of Excel Formulas
• Ability to handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Data Entry
• Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively
• Familiarity with answering Inbound Calls
• Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
