We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant located in Henderson, North Carolina. This role is situated in the construction industry and involves a combination of customer service, data management, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring effective office correspondence.
• Coordinating and documenting office procedures to optimize productivity.
• Assisting with the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintaining an organized office by managing inventory of office supplies.
• Facilitating interactions with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Performing administrative duties including filing and retrieval of project documents, records, and reports.
• Utilizing Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software for various tasks.
• Ensuring data entry tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting in coordinating office operations and procedures.• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Ability to manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications are a plus.
