We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant located in FORT MORGAN, Colorado, 80701-2949, United States. The role will involve handling customer service, data entry, and email correspondence tasks, among others.

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries.
• Accurately maintain customer credit records.
• Conduct operational audits as part of maintaining quality control.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data organization and communication.
• Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Schedule appointments effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their statuses.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer information.• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization
• Experience in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars
• Familiarity with operational auditing, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly workspace and manage digital files
• Experience in a communications industry or related field is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of discretion and confidentiality for handling sensitive information
• Must have a customer service mindset, always prioritizing the needs of clients and colleagues.
