We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Donor Administrative Assistant in SAN FRANCISCO, California. This role is primarily within the public engagement sector and requires the ability to handle various administrative tasks such as email coordination, data strategy revision, and gift processing.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate email distribution with various teams and update database.

• Collaborate with the webmaster and programmatic teams for data integration of forms.

• Manage the donor database by tracking gifts received through multiple channels and recording gifts.

• Handle donor inquiries via email or phone regarding credit card updates, declined payment, and wire transfer.

• Develop the process for capturing donor prospect information and manage internal task tracking related to donor cultivation and engagement.

• Manage the state registration process for charitable registrations and coordinate with 3rd party vendor and partner.

• Assist with special events and meeting logistics, as workload allows.

• Create and send list emails for various communications related to public engagement.

• Donor data entry experience strongly preferred.

• Salesforce CRM database experience strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls is necessary.

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Must have experience in data entry.

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience in scheduling appointments is necessary.
