We are seeking a full-time entry level administrative assistant to join our expanding law firm. Candidates must have a college degree. Law office experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

· Typing and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Ability to organize files and workflow

Responsibilities:

· Assisting firm with maintaining case files

· Preparation of physical case files and digital case files

· Photocopy, scan, assemble, and distribute prepared materials as necessary

· Interaction and communication with attorneys and legal assistants

· Perform administrative tasks

· Any and all other duties as may be required of the job
