We are seeking a full-time entry level administrative assistant to join our expanding law firm. Candidates must have a college degree. Law office experience is preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to organize files and workflow
Responsibilities:
· Assisting firm with maintaining case files
· Preparation of physical case files and digital case files
· Photocopy, scan, assemble, and distribute prepared materials as necessary
· Interaction and communication with attorneys and legal assistants
· Perform administrative tasks
· Any and all other duties as may be required of the job

MAAA effectively assists clients in assessing each claim by promptly reporting all relevant information. In order to cost effectively protect clients’ interests, the attorneys of MAAA work closely with clients to strategically develop proactive litigation plans which often include alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration and mediation.
