We are looking for a dedicated Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This role involves providing exceptional support to both customers and the store team in a retail industry setting. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a reliable resource for technology, particularly company products and services, to support both the front and back of the store

• Maintain a clean and accessible sales floor, including counters, devices, accessories, and walkways

• Promptly greet customers during peak times, connecting them with a sales consultant and demonstrating company technology

• Routinely inspect and maintain the back of the store, ensuring clean, secure, and appropriately placed inventory

• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking in accordance with store standards

• Conduct weekly cycle count processes and suggest improvements to enhance the customer and store experience

• Adapt readily to store management priorities and direction, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times

• Provide support to the leadership team in various tasks as assigned

• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary

• Carry and lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds, and constantly move around the store.

• Demonstrable customer service skills in a retail setting
• Experience in sales, with the ability to up-sell products and services
• Knowledge of store procedures and operations
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Familiarity with check processing and related financial transactions
• Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role
• Knowledge of conductivity principles and their application in a retail setting
• Understanding of warehouse management systems and procedures
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required
• Familiarity with the programming language 'Go' and the tax software 'ProFile'
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Experience with cycle count inventory procedures
• Previous store experience, preferably in a greeter or service associate role
• Knowledge of maintaining safety in store walkways
• Experience with QA (Quality Assurance) management in a retail setting.
