We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II in Vero Beach, Florida. This role is crucial in enhancing our store operations and providing an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II, your focus will be on maintaining an orderly and efficient store environment, supporting customers and the store team, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a success driven and knowledgeable resource for customers and the store team.
• Maintain a clean, accessible, and functional sales floor, promptly reporting any exceptions to leadership.
• Welcome customers during peak times, swiftly connect them with a sales consultant, and effectively demonstrate our technology to new customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Regularly check and maintain the back of the store to ensure clean, secure, and properly stocked inventory in line with store standards.
• Assist with the receipt of inventory and proper stocking in the back of the house.
• Participate in the weekly cycle count process, aiding the leadership team in identifying opportunities to improve the store count process.
• Stay updated with current processes and procedures, suggesting improvements that enhance the customer and/or store experience.
• Adapt readily to store management priorities and direction, always demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
• Be capable of carrying and lifting up to 25-pound boxes, and demonstrate the ability to move about the store constantly.
• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, and be prepared to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for all customers
• Proven Sales skills with an ability to upsell products and services effectively
• Familiarity with standard Procedures in a retail environment
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Experience in Check Processing and handling financial transactions
• Previous experience in Retail, including familiarity with store operations and customer service
• Knowledge of Conductivity and its application in a retail setting
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management and the ability to manage stock efficiently
• Excellent Attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role
• Proficiency in Go and ProFile software systems
• Willingness to work Overtime to meet business needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to starting and finishing shifts on time
• Experience with Cycle Count and inventory management
• Previous Store Experience, ideally within a similar role or industry
• Ability to maintain safe Walkways and ensure the store is presentable at all times
• Experience in QA Management and maintaining high standards of service
