Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client relationships with healthcare professionals in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts.
Independently develop referral business through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors).
Analyze client financials and product needs, and implement appropriate sales strategies to achieve production goals.
Travel 70% of the time.
Demonstrate credit acumen, knowledge of products, and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience with good working knowledge of credit and lending issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentations.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong desire to create business working with referral sources.
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics.
Formal credit/lending training / strong credit skills with a focus on Practice lending.
Proven business acumen by working with lending products and Small Businesses to provide solutions and services to fit their financial needs.
Demonstrated sales ability; influences with impact; ability to develop new client relationships and new business.

Pay Transparency details:
Pay range $100,000.00 - $104,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan.
