Job Responsibilities: Identifying and developing new client relationships with healthcare professionals in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts. Independently developing referral business through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors). Analyzing client financials and product needs. Implementing appropriate sales strategies to achieve production goals. 70% travel required. Key Responsibilities: Prospects new clients and centers of influence. Develops new business opportunities. Communicates, negotiates, and develops client leads through intermediaries' referrals. Manages territory sales strategies and market analysis. Identifies drivers of profitability and cash flow and conducts analysis from different financial statements. Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentations. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Desired Qualifications: Strong desire to create business working with referral sources. Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics. Formal credit/lending training with strong credit skills focused on practice lending. Proven business acumen by working with lending products and small businesses to provide solutions and services to fit their financial needs. Demonstrated sales ability; influences with impact; ability to develop new client relationships and new business. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
