Our Client is a rapidly growing 3rd party distributor with a financial product line spanning ETFs, Mutual Funds, Alternatives, and Unique Private Credit offerings. The team is looking for a seasoned External Wholesaler to take over an existing territory.
We are looking for experienced sales professionals and fundraisers with proven distribution and relationships selling financial solutions into RIAs and/or Family Offices.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with investors, specifically RIAs, wealth managers, and family offices, to secure capital within your designated territory.
Educate financial advisors on the benefits of our client's products and services through presentations, meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve fundraising goals.
Maintain an organized database of current and prospective investor relationships.
Collaborate closely with the fundraising team to follow up on leads generated within your territory.
Travel 2-3 days per week, or as mutually agreed upon.
Contribute to various business and brand-building activities.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in client services, fundraising, and/or working as a wholesaler.
Background in a reputable asset management firm with multiple investment strategies and products preferred.
Profound knowledge of private credit and equity fundamentals.
Well-established, trusted relationships with a substantial number of investors, including RIAs, wealth managers, and family offices.
Proven track record of cultivating relationships and raising capital in your region.
Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63, and 65) licenses are required.
