Precision Security Team is a veteran owned and operated company in the northern Colorado area. We service areas from Denver, CO to Cheyenne, WY. In operation since 2018, we have grown exponentially, being entrusted with many local government contracts, other critical sites, schools, patrol, events, etc. We pride ourselves with hiring veterans, previous law enforcement, and first responders. As an Armed Security Officer with Precision Security Team, you will assist with all security-related concerns and other requests as needed to ensure a safe environment for the public at your assigned site. Every Security Officer at Precision Security Team owns the client's experience and their bottom line. It is of the utmost importance to uphold Precision Security Team’s professional image to the client, the public, and law enforcement at all times. It is imperative that you practice and demonstrate Precision Security Team’s core values and code of conduct everyday.
Your schedule would be 10:00 pm-6:00 am Thursday and Friday at our Wellington location and 6:00 pm-6:00 am at our Fort Collins location for a total of 40 hours. Please do not apply if this does not work with your availability.

5 Critical Roles of the Position:
- Monitor and Analyze Surveillance Systems: Utilize advanced camera systems and alarm monitoring software to observe and analyze real-time activity across the facility. Promptly identify and assess any irregularities or potential security breaches.
- Investigate and Respond to Security Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into suspected breaches or disturbances, adhering to the site's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Implement swift and effective responses to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and information.
- Perform Comprehensive Patrols: Conduct routine and random patrols of the facility, either on foot or in a designated marked security vehicle, to deter unauthorized access and detect unusual activity. Adapt patrol methods based on the specific requirements of the location.
- Control Access to the Facility: Enforce site access protocols by verifying identities and permissions. Approve or deny entry based on established SOPs, ensuring the integrity of secured areas.
- Safeguard Confidential Information: Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information, including site technology, media, equipment, procedures, and protocols. Maintain a strict commitment to discretion and integrity to uphold the client's trust.
Precision Security Team or the client can assign other duties to you as necessary at any time.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Meet Vehicle Insurance Compliance Standards: Candidates must maintain a clean driving record, with no major traffic violations within the last five years and no more than three minor infractions in the past three years, ensuring eligibility under vehicle insurance requirements.
- Physical Endurance and Mobility: Demonstrated ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, often under varying environmental conditions, while maintaining vigilance and focus on assigned tasks.
- Independent Work Capability: Proven comfort and effectiveness in working independently, often in isolated settings, while adhering to operational protocols and maintaining situational awareness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications: Prior experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, enabling accurate documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Experience with CCTV Systems: Familiarity with operating Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems to monitor and assess live footage, review recorded data, and ensure efficient utilization of surveillance tools.

Pay: This W2 position pays $23.65/hour. Employees who work 30 or more hours a week are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, and life insurance. Colorado is an at-will employment state.
Hiring Process: Our hiring process begins with a thorough review of resumes to identify candidates who align well with our company’s needs. Following a successful phone screen, we will invite you to an in-person interview with the hiring manager and other relevant management team members. Should you advance past this stage, a job offer will be extended to you no less than 24 hours later. After the offer is accepted, we conduct a background check and proceed with online onboarding.

- able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
- able to wear issued gear belt for the entire duration of your assigned shift
